End User License Agreement, concluded between
- any downloader and/or user (User) of the “Novubell Player“ school bell software (Software), and
- Ákos Becsey SP (Hungarian tax number: 49299892-1-33, registration number: 58979822) (Manufacturer).
1. Conditions of Use
1.1. The Software may be freely distributed and replicated in its original form, provided this Agreement is attached.
1.2. User is entitled to run and use the Software during the 30-day trial period.
1.3. After the expiry of the trial period, certain functions of the Software become inaccessible; the entitlement of usage can be gained by purchase of a product key.
2. Restrictions
2.1. The Software may not be modified, altered, or reverse-engineered, either in whole or in part.
2.2. The Software may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without the Manufacturer's express written permission.
2.3. Modifying, generating new product keys, or sharing them with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
3.1. The Software is provided “as is“, without any warranty nor product support.
3.2. The Manufacturer makes no warranty as to the error-free operation of the Software, its fitness for a particular purpose, or any other characteristics.
3.3. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, malfunction, or inability to use the Software.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite term.
4.2. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Manufacturer is domiciled.
4.3. The User's rights of use shall terminate automatically if the User breaches any provision of this Agreement (especially Section 2).
